Stanislaw 'Stanley' Gasior, 88, Longtime Clifton Resident
CLIFTON, N.J. -- Stanislaw "Stanley" Gasior, of Clifton, died on Sunday, March 27. He was 88.
Born in Poland, Gasior came to the United States in 1964 and first lived in Pittsburgh. He moved to Clifton 32 years ago. He worked as a custodian in the Clifton Public Schools, retiring 20 years ago.
"Stanley was a hardworking, private and quiet man who enjoyed working in his garden," according to information provided by the funeral home.

ORANGEBURG, N.Y. -- Julia Daly, of Orangeburg, died on Saturday, March 26. She was 86.
Daly was born in New York City and graduated from the Grace Institute. "After raising her four children, Julia returned to the work force and became a successful executive assistant at Volvo Cars North America," according to information from the funeral home.
She is survived by her children, James, Germaine Lorenz, William and Stephen, and her grandchildren, Christopher, Anthony and Kristina. She was predeceased by her husband, James.

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. -- Mary Sergi, a resident of Port Chester, died on Tuesday, March 29. She was 83.
Born in Canada, Sergi immigrated to the United States in 1960 with her family. She was a retired technician from Panob Company, in Port Chester.
She is survived by her daughter, Anna Maria Sergi of Port Chester; grandson Michael Bilello and his wife Lisa; and great-granddaughter Kelly Bilello of New Fairfield, Connecticut.

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Ann J. Cronan, a longtime resident of Fairfield, died on Monday, March 28. She was 91.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Cronan grew up in Los Angeles and had resided in Fairfield since 1962. For 54 years, she was parishioner of St. Pius X Church, where she was active in the Ladies Guild and Mother's Circle. She taught third grade at St. Pius X School for 21 years, and also taught first grade in Los Angeles for four years.
