Hundreds Of Volunteers Make Wyckoff Tidy WYCKOFF, N.J. -- The "Team Up to Tidy Up Wyckoff" event on Saturday, April 16, brought out more than 200 volunteers and was also assisted by springlike weather. This annual township cleanup day began in 1989. Besides the direct goal of cleaning up the area, it also serves to generate pride in the community and raise awareness about littering. Born and raised in Sicily, Ciurciu immigrated to the U.S. in 1969. He lived in Paterson before moving to Fair Lawn 25 years ago. He was a former parishioner of St. Anthony Church in Paterson.
