In Schenectady County, someone is posing as a member of the Schenectady Police Department and using the name of an active officer, the agency said in a statement on Monday, June 26. Albany County resident Nicole Lynch, age 36, of Guilderland, was arrested Monday, June 26, following an investigation by New York State Police. Carlos Graham was convicted of second-degree murder and other charges by a Greene County jury in February 2019 in the death of Brandyn Foster, of Catskill.
