Man Wanted For Attempted Murder Of Atlantic City Convenience Store Worker
Atlantic City police are looking for a homeless man who's wanted for attempted murder, authorities said. Francisco Bonilla, 34, of Atlantic City, is accused of stabbing a convenience store employee, the city's police department announced on Friday, Feb. 16. Bonilla was believed to be homeless and in Atlantic City. Officers responded to a stabbing on the 100 block of North Rhode Island Avenue at around 8:18 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3. Dogs Up For Adoption After Escaping Hoarding Situation In Atlantic County
Several dogs rescued from an Atlantic County hoarding situation are ready to find their forever homes. Some of the 25 dogs saved from a Galloway home are now up for adoption, the township's police department said on Thursday, Feb. 15. The dogs and one cat were found in poor conditions at a Zurich Avenue home on Saturday, Feb. 10. Officers also discovered a dead dog on the property. Three people from South Jersey were arrested in a drug-dealing investigation in Wall Township, authorities said. $1.4M To Expand License Plate Readers In Atlantic City
Atlantic City is getting a more than $1 million expansion to automated license plate readers in the city, officials said. State police will receive $1.4 million to buy and install 120 more license plate readers throughout Atlantic City, Attorney General Matthew Platkin announced on Thursday, Feb. 15. A Jackson Township man was charged in an investigation into crack cocaine sold in Ocean County, authorities said. Justin Love, 25, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 14 after police searched a home and his vehicle, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced on Thursday, Feb. 15.
