Gym, Lawsuit Claims A Trenton police sergeant was accused of exposing himself in front of two female officers in the department's gym several times, according to a sexual harassment lawsuit. The two officers filed a civil suit on Friday, Aug. 9 against Sgt. Noel Santiago, accusing him of sexual harassment and other forms of creating a hostile workplace. The officers also claimed the police department didn't properly respond to their allegations against Santiago, who had a supervisory role over them. SUV Driver Killed, Passenger Injured In Jackson Township Crash With Dump Truck: Police One person was killed and another was injured when an SUV and a dump truck crashed in Jackson Township, authorities said. The SUV driver died in the crash on Cassville Road (County Route 571) on Wednesday, Sept. 4, police Chief Matthew Kunz confirmed to Daily Voice. Officers responded to the wreck at around 12:05 p.m. An SUV passenger was seriously injured in the crash that also involved a commercial dump truck. Woman Critically Injured, Man Arrested In Unprovoked Asbury Park Stabbing: Prosecutors An Asbury Park man was accused of critically injuring a woman in an unprovoked stabbing on Labor Day, authorities said. Adam Kleinwaks, 55, was charged with second-degree money laundering and theft by unlawful taking, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Wednesday, Sept. 4. Driver Airlifted After Crashing SUV Into New Egypt Home On Labor Day, Police Say A driver was airlifted after crashing into a home in New Egypt on Labor Day, authorities said. Plumsted police, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the crash at the intersection of Brindletown Road and Front Street early in the evening on Monday, Sept. 2, the township said in a Facebook post. The driver was the only person in the SUV and was taken by helicopter to a hospital. No one was in the home during the crash. Crews worked to make the house structurally sound and "delicately" removed the SUV.
