Cameron Bly, a senior at Fox Lane High School in Bedford, won the principal cellist seat at the All-State Orchestra Winter Conference held in Rochester by the New York State School Music Association, Bedford Central School District officials announced on Wednesday, Dec. 6.  This win officially names Bly as the top-ranking cellist in the state of New York, according to the district. Investigation Conducted After Greenhouse Goes Up In Flames In Croton-On-Hudson Firefighters had to race to a Northern Westchester residence after a late-night blaze engulfed a greenhouse.  The incident happened on Tuesday night, Dec. 20 at 11 p.m., when a greenhouse in Croton-on-Hudson on Radnor Avenue caught on fire, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department.
