Child Struck By Vehicle In Monsey, Rushed To Hospital (Developing) A child was hurt after being hit by a vehicle in Rockland County Tuesday night, March 25.  The incident happened in Monsey on College Road near Wallenberg Circle on Tuesday night at around 8:30 p.m., according to Ramapo Police Det.
