Man Found Dead In Rocky Hill Apartment Parking Lot; No Foul Play Suspected Rocky Hill police are investigating the death of a man who was found unresponsive Monday morning, March 31, in a parking lot. Officers responded to the Concierge Apartments at 98 Cold Spring Road in Rocky Hill around 7 a.m. Emergency responders performed life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s identity has not been released, pending notification of his family. Police said they do not believe foul play was involved and confirmed there is no threat to the public.
