Around midnight, the Kearny Fire Department responded to a fire at 56 Hamilton Ave. and encountered heavy fire coming from a single residence, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. Robert Herburger received over $1.2 million in stolen funds between November 2017 and July 2018, according to Attorney General Matthew Platkin and the Office of Securities Fraud and Financial Crimes Prosecutions. New York Resident Sexually Assaulted 11-Year-Old In Jersey City: Prosecutor An 18-year-old New York man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Dec. 3, with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in Jersey City, authorities said. Sergio Lokhanova-Flores  met the victim online in February 2024, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The crimes occurred on various dates between March and July 2024 when the victim was 11 and 12 years old, Suarez said. Lokhanova-Flores was arrested in Brooklyn and is awaiting extradition to New Jersey, Suarez said. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, authorities said.

After 53 years, The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) announced on Wednesday, Dec. 4, they had finally found the Teaneck man's remains. In October 1971, Trudeau, a U.S. Army Warrant Officer was, assigned to the 68th Aviation Company, 52nd Aviation Battalion, 17th Aviation Group, the DPAA said.
