Richard D. Christensen, 76, Of Wyckoff
WYCKOFF, N.J. – Richard D. Christensen, a longtime resident of Wyckoff, died Saturday, July 23. He was 76.
He was born in Englewood, N.J., and was a longtime resident of Wyckoff. Before retiring in 1996, he was a business administrator at Aetna Insurance Company in New York. He was a member of the Wyckoff Reformed Church.
He is survived by his wife, Helene E. Christensen; son Richard D. Christensen, Jr., and his wife, Maria; daughter Nancy Spellman; granddaughter Krystal McCormack, and two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his son-in-law Joseph Spellman.

BOLTON LANDING, N.Y. – Constance Teresa Gilmore, a resident of Bolton Landing, N.Y., died Saturday, July 23. She was 66.
She was born in Englewood, N.J. and raised in Fair Lawn. She spent her adult life in New Jersey, Texas, and Connecticut, before retiring to New York.
An active member of her community, she was a volunteer with St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and the Danbury Food Pantry in Connecticut. An avid traveler, she enjoyed time with her family and friends, going boating, cooking and dancing.

Frederick Charles Eichler, Jr., 86, Of Northvale
NORTHVALE, N.J. – Frederick Charles Eichler Jr., a resident of Northvale, died Friday, July 22. He was 86.
He was born on July 7,1930, to Fred and Margaret Eichler.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and belonged to the American Legion Perry Post in Sparkill, N.Y.
He retired from Rahway State Prison where he was a corrections officer for 27 years. He then pursued a contracting business for many years until retiring at the age of 84.

BEDFORD, N.Y. – David Page Seaman, a resident of Bedford, died on Sunday, July 24. He was 88.
Born May 15, 1928 in Milwaukee, Wisc., he was the son of Irving Seaman and Anne Douglas Seaman.
He attended The Hotchkiss School, Yale University, and received his law degree from the University of Virginia Law School. Still a practicing attorney, he was passionate about his work and was dedicated to his clients.

OAKLAND, N.J. – Eugene Christopher Tolomeo, a resident of Oakland, died Thursday, July 21. He was 93.
He was born Sept. 24, 1922, and was raised in Paterson.
He attended St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, and served with the U.S. Army in World War II. He was a charter member and president of the Paterson Serra Club, and was an active member of the Most Blessed Sacrament parish in Franklin Lakes, serving as a lector, Eucharistic minister and a member of the Cursillo and Men’s Cornerstone groups.

BREWSTER, N.Y. – Hugh J. Goldman, a resident of Brewster and formerly of Fishkill, died Thursday, July 21. He was 52.
Born June 25, 1964, in the Bronx, he was the son of Hugh Goldman and the late Constance Skelly Goldman.
He worked for Walmart in Fishkill for many years and enjoyed Elvis and the Beatles.

EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. – Herbert Cade Jr., a resident of Hopewell Junction, died Saturday, July 21. He was 57.
He was born Sept. 10, 1958, in Rhinebeck and raised in Millerton.
He worked as a custodian for the Arlington School District, a mechanic for the Town of Union Vale and as a groundskeeper and maintenance worker for the Wappingers Central School District until his retirement. He was a member of the Church of the Resurrection.
