Paul Milo has worked as a reporter in northern New Jersey for more than 20 years, first for North Jersey Media Group / NorthJersey.com, then at Patch.com and at NJ.com / The Star-Ledger. He has written about a 106-year-old World War I veteran, the Sept. 11 attacks and a 15-year-old stock manipulator who was the youngest person ever civilly charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission, among many other stories. He has interviewed governors, presidential candidates and celebrities including Ryan Seacrest and comedian Kevin Hart.

In addition to his work for New Jersey-based outlets, he has also written for BeliefNet, Editor and Publisher, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe and other publications, as well as freelance assignments for global chemical company BASF.

His first book, Your Flying Car Awaits, was published by HarperCollins in 2010. As part of the book’s promotional efforts he was interviewed by The New York Times and on WNYC radio’s The Brian Lehrer Show

North Bergen Judge Accused Of Groping Woman A municipal court judge in North Bergen was arrested Thursday for grabbing a woman's breasts without her consent, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said.  Nino Falcone, 78, is accused of groping the woman at his Bergenline Avenue law office Aug. 29. His relationship to the woman was not disclosed.  He was charged with criminal sexual contact and released. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 3.  A spokeswoman for the state Administrative Office of the Courts said Falcone has been suspended without pay pending an order by the state Supreme Court.

Man Tells Police He Was Robbed Of $10K In Jersey City Police say robbers may have specifically targeted a Jersey City man Thursday morning and gotten away with a large amount of cash.  Officers responded to 484 Mercer St. a little before 10 a.m. on a report of a robbery, a police spokeswoman said. The 61-year-old victim said he was robbed of about $10,000 and the robbers used a stun gun.  The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, the spokeswoman also said.  No other information was immediately available Thursday afternoon.

Newark Airport Workers Now Earn $15 An Hour Minimum Wage Workers at the region's three main airports will earn at least $15.60 an hour when a new minimum wage kicks in Friday, Local 32BJ of the Service Union Employees International Union said Wednesday.  The minimum wage in New Jersey for all workers is $10 an hour as of July.  In some cases, workers will see an increase of more than $3.15 an hour as soon as this Friday. Man Robbed Outside 'Last Chance' Club In Newark Police are looking for three men (pictured) in connection with a robbery in Newark Sunday.  Police said the victim was involved in an argument with five people outside The Last Chance Social Club, 276 Orange St., before he was assaulted and robbed of $1,700 and other personal property.
