Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced Wednesday, July 31, that Rockland County resident Oscar Lemus of Haverstraw was arrested and detained following an investigation. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the Pine Grove Motel in Beekman at 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1. According to Capt.
