Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories.

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Pre-Teen Girl's Testament Sends Mass Stepfather To Jail For Molestation: DA A pre-teen girl who shared her experiences of repeatedly being molested by her 50-year-old stepfather helped him get the maximum allowable sentence, according to officials. Gerson Pascual-Santana, of New Bedford, was convicted on three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 on Wednesday, March 8, the Bristol County District Attorney's Office reports.
