'Play It Again, Square One' Coming To Stratford Library
STRATFORD, Conn. -- The Friends of Square One Theatre, in conjunction with the Stratford Library, will continue the 11th season of its popular three-part series, "Play It Again, Square One," on Tuesday, March 22.
The event is free and open to the public, and coffee and tea will be served. The drama discussion series looks at recent productions by the theater company and offers patrons the opportunity to explore and discuss aspects of the play they saw.

Jeffery J. Salvati, 60, Wappingers Falls
WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- Jeffery J. Salvati -- a Wappingers Falls resident, formerly of Middletown -- died on Saturday, March 19. He was 60.
Born in Middletown, Salvati had been a resident of Dutchess County since 1978. He worked as a glazier for 25 years, before opening his own business in 2003, Mid Hudson Glass in Poughkeepsie. "He was very grateful to all his customers, many of whom became special friends over the years," according to information from the funeral home.
Salvati was an avid sportsman and outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, kayaking and golfing. He…

Glen Rock Arboretum Sets Kickoff Fundraiser, Aims For $40K
GLEN ROCK, N.J. -- The Friends of the Glen Rock Arboretum have already raised more than $85,000, but intensive fundraising is still needed, and the group is having a Thielke Arboretum 2016 Kickoff Event on Thursday, April 7.
As reported in the Daily Voice in February, the Glen Rock Council voted down a $238,000 bridge loan that would have helped fund the Thielke Arboretum Education Center. FOGRAS estimates that an estimated $150,000 is still needed.
